When will my order arrive?

All orders are despatched from Melbourne usually within 1-2 business days after your order is received.

Can I track my order?

You can track your package three ways:

  1. You will be sent an ‘order is complete’ confirmation email after your order has been shipped which includes all shipping details; the provider (eg Australian Post), tracking number, date it was shipped, and a direct link to check your delivery status.
  2. If you created an account, you can find the tracking link under the ‘Orders’ section. 
  3. If for some reason you have not received the confirmation email and you do not have a Dragon Odyssey account, please contact us and we will be able to give you your tracking details.

Do you accept returns?

Requests for refunds, returns and exchanges must be made to us within 7 days of the purchase date. To return an item or request a refund, please contact us via email: hello@heylo.au

When contacting us by email, please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Your name and address
  • Date your order was placed
  • Your sales invoice number
  • Brief description of the problem you’re experiencing
